What are you consuming for fluids? Not knowing what your actually physique is
like, I have no idea if that is enough. Unless there is someone in this forum
that is more so familiar with someone into boxing, you're going to have to
provide a lot more detail. Speaking of, are you training for boxing, or you just
like using the speedbag? Are you even doing other methods of training?  From
your initial post, it appears that all you do is speed bag or mimic speed bag
with weights.

Thanks for reply. Yes . I usually workout for hour or so, after workout i take
Banana shake and often no dinner. In morning  bread  slice with

fry egg, lunch chicken or some vegetable. Is that enough?

Here's a generic question. Does your diet and nutrition meet your training
requirements? And another one. Are you staying hydrated?

Question... In doing my own workout.. I sometimes do the
movements as if I was doing a speed bag. I dont have one
but like I said I do the movements. I did my own thing
where I got a couple of small weights and did the speed
bag motions with them. then I loose the weights and go back
to doing the movements using nothing. I think I might of
over did it because my left arms started to hurt. It then hurt
to lift the weights. I was doing them everyday. I should of maybe
do those things maybe every other day? AND Can I massage my own arm
to get my arm back to normal? lol I read somwehere that a person should
actally lift every other day because when you lift you tear your muscles
down and they need a chance to heal. I also hear if you work out steady
every once and a while you should take a 2 day break.. every hear of these
things?
