Thanks a ton Don.
First the good new, my arms are already feeling better. Don, I use dumbells a lot for biceps. I was wondering if I should be lifting those at an angle so my palms won't be upwards thus giving me more of an EZ curl (turned inwards) angle. Any suggestions. I think I'll still lay of biceps for this week just to be safe.

Hammer curls (DB vertical) are supposed to be least stressful on the elbows, but any inward rotation would be better than a straight bar, like Done wrote. I've read that the biceps are activated more by the motion of a straight bar though, so it's apparently a trade off of elbow strain or muscle activation. My suggestion would be to rest until you think you're ready, then try hammer curls.
