I can't help wondering  -  -

a)  Had Zack lifted that weight before?

b) Had Zack warmed up sufficiently BEFORE attempting the lift that resulted in
his injury?

Zack is one of my role models. While I'm not NEARLY as genetically gifted, that
dude motivates me to push heavy weight....after I recover from this rotator cuff
injury.
