Zack will never recover, I have heard. He was BB's biggest hope and now he is a failure.

I can't help wondering  -  -

a)  Had Zack lifted that weight before?

b) Had Zack warmed up sufficiently BEFORE attempting the lift that resulted in his injury?

Zack is one of my role models. While I'm not NEARLY as genetically gifted, that dude motivates me to push heavy weight....after I recover from this rotator cuff injury.

Fans of super huge bodybuilders are probably familiar with the super sized British bodybuilder Zack Khan.

Zack recently.  Earlier in the year Zack suffered a horrifying injury to his knees and recently went through surgery to reattach the tendons.

While lifting safely and prudently is the way to avoid injuries, many of us who push big weights in the gym for a period of time suffer some injury.  Zack has been brave enough to put his painful recovery on youtube in a series of videos .

Let's wish the big guy well!!!  AND

HIT THE GYM!!!!!!!!!

Wassup! I'm new to the group. I'm searching around trying to find the best supplement or drug for burning fat, and getting ripped quickly. Can anyone help? I want a no BS product. Don't just tell me anything because I've been around the block a few times over the years in bodybuilding and I do a pretty good job at spotting BS.

I've trained as a bodybuilder since high school all the way into my 30's. I stopped training because there were more important things going on in my life that I needed to tend to as a responsible adult. Back in the early 90's Clenbuterol worked really good. There are other products that I knew about on the black market but I do not see a need to go into any detail. Since I've been away, I know exercise technology has advanced, there's been advancement in understanding the human body's needs better with diet and nutrition in relation to athletic performance as witnessed in the state of the art training facilities of professional football for example.

Are there any supplements or drugs, either OTC, prescription, or black market that can be stacked to be super effective? I know there has to be some tricks that bodybuilders have discovered since I've been away from the sport.
