I don't know how many of you are Facebook members and how many of you use the applications on there but the best bodybuilding related one I have seen isBodybuilderz Wars
However, don't think of it as a substitute for actually working out yourself!!!! !
I bet a bunch of members are already on this.  What do you think? 
  In it you get to pick a bodybuilding avatar and then train him (or her) on a daily basis getting into peak physical condition.  There are challenges between players and trainers to be hired.  It's a fun application that is pretty inspiring.  While the variety of exercises is pretty basic and I haven't found where (or if) diet is factored into the equation but it does reinforce the idea about steady, well rounded training yielding a great result.
