Hey Gerd. If you are looking at doing sport specific training, have you considered plyometrics? That might be an option if you are looking at working out to focus on your tennis game. You should also work on cardio conditioning. Doing explosive techniques is fine, but the question gets back to what your primary focus is.

Hello
to answer your biggest question it is to be fast, because I play Tennis. But a nice fit body sure would be not bad.
When I work with weights I make 25 repititions minimum.
What I do is to push the weights relative fast.
Thank you for your answer and the help.

One thing I've done (this example is for bench press) is I'll use a weight I can easily do 15 repititions with, let it down slowly, then push the weight back up quickly; mimicking an explosion. You can do something like this with just about any exercise, but as Don states, there are more questions you need to answer in order for anyone to help you out. Any answers you get now would be moreso guesses. As for the drink you are taking, it appears to be a drink that will help supplement a lack of nutrients in your diet.

The power drink I use is www.biobasics. com/icm. I think about to use a protein drink too. Does this combination of drinks are productive or contra productive? (Proteins and vitamins minerals and so on)
