Thanks for reply. Before starting with MegaMass or other supplements i just wanted to know if there is any negatives, so i scroll through some blog
mentioning kidney patients might effected after using MegaMass. I will post the link where i had read this. Can u provide/suggest me Diet Plan? Thanks

Have you asked your doctor what would be good to take? If there is one in this forum or someone with the same issue, they would probably be the best to advise.

Just out of curiosity, why were you told that it is not suitable for kidney patients?

I'm 27 years old and have been training for last 3 to 4 years but believe me i haven't got noticeable shape. I'm thinking about taking Mega Mass, but i have heard somewhere that it is not suitable for kidney patient's and have other side effects too. I had kidney stone problem in past. Can anyone tell me either use of such supplements effects kidney or not? also what should i add in my diet. I would be thankful if anyone can provide me diet plan.
