....do what your dr says for the ongoing kidney stone issue....make sure
you eat the diet the dr or a dietitian that knows the issues of diet and kidney stones....
....to get in shape u should not lift too heavy too quick and get hurt
and have to stop lifting....u have to lift progressively heavier to build muscle...can
do that by eating some certain way other than balanced diet......lifting weight is what u should concern yourself
with if your concern is getting 'in shape'.....a balanced diet of normal food
will build your muscles if you lift....supplements just make your diet
more expensive.....

I'm 27 years old and have been training for last 3 to 4 years but believe me i haven't got noticeable shape. I'm thinking about taking Mega Mass, but i have heard somewhere that it is not suitable for kidney patient's and have other side effects too. I had kidney stone problem in past. Can anyone tell me either use of such supplements effects kidney or not? also what should i add in my diet. I would be thankful if anyone can provide me diet plan.
Waiting for your reply, Thanks

Hey man, If it has creatine in it, stay away from it. It will be hard on your kidneys. My kidney enzymes were elevated when I took creatine. Good luck!

Have you asked your doctor what would be good to take? If there is one in this forum or someone with the same issue, they would probably be the best to advise.
Just out of curiosity, why were you told that it is not suitable for kidney patients?
