The only thing about pictures is that when looking at them, you have to realize how someone beat out someone else. Just means it would have been best to have been there. Overall, good looking pics though. Thanks Don! My only question is what happened to Dexter?!?! It seems that since he won the Olympia he is just going south. He's staying in the top ranks, but he doesn't seem to be placing in the top three anymore. Is there something I'm missing?

Kai Greene successfully defended his title against an awesome Phil Heath. Branch Warren rounded out the third place and former Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson took 4th. Any contest where a recent Mr Olympia winner takes 4th is a very good show!!!!
Interestingly, Phoenix Pro winner Melvin Anthony took 9th behind, among other people, Phoenix Pro 2nd Place Hidetada Yamagishi

Hi I just found a great website for bodybuilding its called www.cuttingedgebodybuildingtips.com . They have sample meal plans, workout plans and alot of great on building muscle. You should really check it out.
