While I think pretty much every bodybuilder that makes it onstage to compete has an inspiring story. There is a lot of hard work, dieting and life changing that needs to happen to get most of us in contest ready shape. However athletes that are doing all of this with a disability or injury are even more inspiring.
John Quinn won the 2010 NPC Wheelchair Nationals in March and he is no exception to this. He was in a motorcycle accident at the age of 21 which left him paralyzed from the waist down. Despite everything he had to go through he managed to build his body up to a competitive standard and actually win the 2010 Wheelchair Nationals.
His bio is on the Wheelchair Bodybuilding site which has many inspiring stories and updates on this inspiring side of bodybuilding
