It's hard to get up early or delay going home to go workout. But each
rep brings you closer to your goal. Every time you eat the right foods
instead of the wrong foods your furthering your fitness goals.Hopefully,
those of us who have not been working out have set reasonable goals and
are pursuing them!!!Sometimes it's hard to get started with the right
goals and motivation

. Here are real people dealing with bodybuilding goals with varying
rates of success sharing their workout info. They also give you a great
motivator for staying on your program. If you need a kick to take your
program seriously than definitely get on here. For the free info AND
the motivation of posting and realizing your goals!!!
For those of us having trouble getting to workout equipment because of
time or economics---here are some suggestions

outside the gym with no weights. Not ideal but MUCH better than not
doing anything!!!
If you trained today, you are closer to your goals!!!
